About
We build the system, then we run it with you.
DV Technologies is a custom automations firm for businesses that live on phone calls, site visits and paperwork. The DV Operating System is what we built first, and we didn't hand over a login and disappear.
It started as one build for one working general contractor. The front desk was drowning in calls. Estimates went out and were never heard from again. Job costs only showed up once there was nothing left to do about them. Every feature in this platform exists because that shop needed it on a specific Tuesday, with a specific homeowner waiting on the other end. We still decide what gets built exactly that way.

How we think
Three things we don't bend on.
They sound obvious written down. They're the reason most software you've tried didn't survive its first busy week.
Watch the work before touching it
We sit at the desk before we write a line.
A morning next to whoever answers the phone tells us more than any requirements doc. We learn how the job already moves, then take out the parts that eat the day.
Automate the boring half
Reminders and paperwork, not judgment.
Routing, drafting, chasing and filing are all fair game. Pricing a job and reading a homeowner stay with your people. The system just hands them better information first.
Stay after launch
Software that never changes stops fitting inside a year.
You get a person on the account, not a support queue. Rules get retuned and workflows get added as the operation grows into new work.

Built from the tailgate, not the boardroom.
Intake, estimating, scheduling, job costing, signatures. Every piece of it took shape with the people who answer the phones, walk the sites and keep the books reading over our shoulder and telling us when we had it wrong. That's how we work with every client who comes after them, too.
How we work
Map the process, then automate the friction.
Who we serve
General contractors and specialty trades in the U.S.
Got a process eating your week?
Maybe the DV OS already covers it. Maybe it needs something built just for you. Either way the first conversation is the same one. Show us the part that keeps going wrong.
