Priced per company, not per headache.
Every plan carries the training library, the site manual and role-based access for the whole crew. Field Ready covers the front desk, estimating and field work. Operations adds job costing, invoicing, automation and reporting. One won job usually covers the year.

What owners ask us first
Straight answers, in the order they usually come up on the call.
- Is there an implementation fee?
- Yes, once. It covers the discovery week, configuring the workspace, loading your contract language, tuning the automations and training every seat. We quote it per contractor, because a shop bringing ten years of paperwork across is a different job than a shop starting clean.
- What counts as a user?
- Anyone who signs in, meaning owners, office staff, estimators and crews. Homeowners and subs get portal links and never count against your seats, so you don't get billed for the people you're already invoicing.
- Are outside services included?
- The platform stands on its own. E-signature, telephony, payment processing and email delivery bill from those providers on your own accounts, so you keep the relationship and the rate. Disconnect any of them and the system keeps working by hand.
- Can we start on one plan and move up?
- Yes. Changes take effect at the start of a billing period and every record comes with you untouched. Nobody re-enters a client list.
- What's the commitment?
- Month to month once implementation is done. Annual agreements are available and that's how white-label engagements are structured.
- What if we outgrow it?
- That's what the firm part is for. New service line, second location, a workflow nobody has thought of yet. It gets built onto the system you already have instead of bolted on beside it.
