The Business may present the portal under its own name and branding. Your project, contract, payments, and service are between you and the Business. We provide the software only.

2. Your private link

• Anyone who has the link can see what it opens. Do not forward, post, or publish it.

• The link opens only your own information. It cannot reach anyone else's records.

• The Business can revoke the link at any time, and links may expire.

• If you think your link has been shared or misused, tell the Business immediately, or email security@dvtechnologies.com.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt access to records other than your own; modify or guess the link or token; upload malicious code or unlawful content; upload personal information about other people without permission; use automated tools to access the portal; or use the portal to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may disable access that violates these terms.

4. What you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit. Information you submit is delivered to the Business and stored on its behalf. The Business decides how long it is kept and how it is used. Do not submit medical information, government identification numbers, or financial account numbers through this portal. If you upload a photograph, you confirm you have the right to do so.

5. Approvals, bids, and signatures

An approval, acceptance, change order confirmation, bid submission, or electronic signature you make through this portal may be legally binding. Read carefully before you act. Where a document is sent for electronic signature, it is processed by a third-party provider subject to that provider's terms.

6. Messages and notifications

The Business may contact you by portal message, email, text, or phone about your project. Some messages may be generated or sent automatically. Calls may be recorded and transcribed where the Business has told you so. To stop text messages, reply STOP. To change how the Business contacts you, contact the Business directly.

7. Your privacy

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.dvtechnologies.com/legal/privacy. We act as a service provider to the Business. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact the Business. If you cannot reach them, email privacy@dvtechnologies.com.

8. Availability and accuracy

The portal is provided "as is." We do not guarantee continuous availability or freedom from errors. Content shown here is supplied by the Business. Do not rely on the portal for time-critical matters or emergencies. Contact the Business or emergency services as appropriate.

9. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DV Technologies is not responsible for the acts, omissions, work, pricing, timing, or representations of the Business, or for any dispute between you and the Business. Our liability to you arising from use of this portal is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects rights you have against the Business.
